Running in just a sports bra?

Question

I live in Alabama(it gets freakin' hot), in a standard middle class neighborhood. Do you think it's alright to go running in just a sports bra and shorts?

yea, i do it all the time. you basically have to if it is 95 degrees outside. besides, guys to it all the time. just make sure it fits and is not supper revealing, not that most are though/

yeah...your the one running, not them! Besides as long as your not a fatty then I think your okay with running with a sports bra on. I really wouldn't worry to much about that

well i live in the bahamas now THATS FREAKIN HOT, i guess it would be depending on how late in the morning you run, because if its when the suns out it might'nt be so healthy for your skin, unless u wear suntan lotion, but i see no problm with it

thats what i do

and i live in central NY

so its prolly not as hot =P

some people may think its weird

but other runner don't care

i mean look at the top runners in the world

alot of their uniforms are basically sports bras...

I think it's okay, as long as it's designed to look like a sports top. Sports bras like Enell already look like they can be worn as a top in itself.

maybe you should wear a sweater and jeans- J/K all the neighbours will fantasize about you :D just do whatever you want you have the right to, but not complete nudity, LOL
