Question:

Running in place, same as regular running?

so Im trying to get thinner legs, and this tutorial has told me running for 10 minutes then walking for 5 each day will help. Instead of actual running and walking, can i do it in place while still getting the legs I desire?

  2. well running in place wont burn of fat as quick as real running but it will do, it will just take longer i suggest jogging for 20 minutes or more and you can run in place for 10 minutes and you will get your legs you desire.
