  1. stay hydrated.. that is it! i love running in the heat but i get the same why if i dont drink fluids

  2. I know that like, five people have said this but....WATER. Hydrate and it should help. Also, mornings and nights will be cooler than mid morning.

  3. In addition to the water intake (roughly 16 ounces per hour if it really hot), use something like PowerBar Electrolytes. They taste good and help you replace electrolytes.

I use them on 100 mile bike rides and long runs with great results.

  4. yeh just drink more water before, during, and after u run and mayb stretch out more but idk about that

  5. 1. Stay hydrated Hydrate both before during and after the run

    2. Stay cool- splash water on yourself or wear light breathable clothing.

    3. If you feel sick stop running

    4.  Avoid the heat.  Run in the shade or in the morning when it is cooler

  6. water and light and loose clothing. also get food into ur system a few hours before you run

  7. drink a ton of water and wear light weight and light colored clothes

  8. Drink lots of water and wear light clored and light- weight clothes. run earlier in the morning or later at night when its not soo hot

  9. Be sure to stay hydrated. Also running in the morning might be a good idea because it wont be so hot.
