I have soccer camp coming up and i want to be ahead of the game so i've been running a lot lately. I like to run at night, mostly because that's when i have the most energy. I run on my treadmill but my friend told me to run outside because he said it's better and i need to get used to the heat, considering it will be blazing hot during camp. Is it that big of a difference, or am i still getting a good enough workout to get me ready for camp?
