Running knee problems?

hi, for about month ive had knee pain and according to the doctors and x-ray there is nothing wrong. The pain feels like its interior of the knee and it doesnt go away. I stretch and use hot and cold rubs.

  2. Don't always believe what your doctor says when they say that theres nothing wrong, because obviously something is wrong if you feel pain, I suggest you go to a specialist until you find the problem, ever watch that show with mystery diagnostics?

For now just rest ...that is all you can do for now ice it 15min on an ice pack then let it thaw out for 15minutes repeat this cycle three times.  Also take some asprin or ibuprofen that should take down any swelling around the knee. Once your knee starts to feel better you can start trying to strengthen the muscles around the knee to help support it.  You may want to try getting into the pool.
