Running long jump help?

HI i do track and field at my school. And my best event that i am good at is running long jump. If anyone can tell me wat are the best shoes for running long jump. Copy and paste a pic, show me a website anything.

get spikes with a mini heel or something [if you use sprinting shoes to do jumps without any heel, you could hurt your heel real bad because of the impact when you're just about to jump]

i got the asics cyber jump beijing.  kinda pricy but heyyy i improved a whole foot from last year

I always use running spikes. I havent had a problem with them yet
