Will running tone my butt, thighs and midsection?? Thank you!

  1. Yes! It will tone and shape those parts, as well as losing overall body fat. You should see results within months if you follow a diet plan and consistency. good luck!


  2. absolutely!  Running allows you to lose a bit of weight, and tones those areas, as well as the lower legs to an extent.  Your midsection will tone a bit, but crunches and such will make it more apparent

  3. yes you will lose weight in those areas. but it may take months of running, and a good diet plan.

  4. YES to the butt & thighs, AND LEGS.   Unfortunately, only core exercises will trim and tighten the midsection.  As you gradually lose body fat, your stomach will appear more toned.

  5. You'll begin to lose fat off of those areas eventually, but to get muscles you would need to do some strenght exercises.

  6. Honestly....no im sorry. It will make you lose wieght if you have extra amount of fat. If you are looking for a good body try looking for special exercises that will help. Running wont help im truley sorry.
