  2. Pamplona is known for the tradition of the running of the bulls which occurs between 6th and 14th of July every year.

    See http://www.spain4uk.co.uk/places/pamplon... for more details

  3. I was there last summer for the running of the bulls.  The actual "running" lasts only a few minutes and it's really not that worth it....but what happens before and after is ohhh so worth it! For example, there are tons and tons of ppl, so ppl watching is great.  Also they have concerts at night and everyone piles into the park and basically stays up all night or just walks around, gets drunk and talks to random ppl. If you don't have hostel/hotel reservations, be prepared to sleep on the grass in the park (that's what I did!), it's quite an adventure! i had such a great time, the BEST, in fact!!!  But, keep a close eye on your belongings. I had a friend whose wallet and watch were stolen.  Other than that, just have FUN!
