What kind of crazy things do you do on the treadmill? I run on it sideways, that helps your inner thighs and I also run backwards, good for your glutes..of course it's not really running, you have to have it at a low speed where you won't go flying off..does anyone do anything like this? I did this at the gym and people were looking at me like I was crazy..lol, i saw this workout on t/v and it's actually pretty good.
