Running on treadmill?

What kind of crazy things do you do on the treadmill? I run on it sideways, that helps your inner thighs and I also run backwards, good for your glutes..of course it's not really running, you have to have it at a low speed where you won't go flying off..does anyone do anything like this? I did this at the gym and people were looking at me like I was crazy..lol, i saw this workout on t/v and it's actually pretty good.

  1. lol I know what you mean, i was at the gym and the treadmill was going sooooooo slow and I was running on it backwards, and people were staring at me like i was crazy, lol i felt so weird, so i switched it high and ran normally.


  2. this may sound weird but this was on CNN - ''put the treadmill on really slow and do a handstand on it and walk on your hands. This builds up your shoulder mussles and arms."   But dont do this is you cant do a handstand lol c[= good luck

  5. yeah i did this one day because i was getting bored of the treadmill but it was going too fast i decided not to hahah
