Running or diet?

im 19 yo, going to the gym 12 months now, im already bulged, but i got some fat (about 3kg/6lbs) to lose, and i hate running. i eat about 3500-4000 calories per day.. if i start eating less will i be able to see my 6 pack? or running is the only way for that? plz dont just say 'then do both'

  1. How about I'm a female and I eat 1000 calories a day I drink a 2.2 liter of water plus i run 4miles 4 days a week.

  2. well, 3500-4000 cals a day is too much, normally u should be eating 2000 at tops, so yeah try eating about HALF of what you eat

  4. You say that you don't want to run and you don't want to diet. AND you don't want to do both.

    Well, I suggest you do a cardiovascular exercise that you like.

    Elliptical trainer

    Swimming

    Step aerobics

    Rowing

    Rock climbing

    Walking

    Handball
