  1. try to run on flat ground. any sideways inclination will s***w up your balance and cause knee pain to people wihtout knee problems.

  2. try running with a knee brace, you can get them at any sporting goods store

  3. rest them & stop further exercise activities

have it checked by a doctor or chyropractor & ask him the proper therapies

apply athlete's creams & vapor rubs available in your local drugstores, to soothe the pains & massage it gently to ease the pains

ya only continue running if it's completely healed or else it will only be aggravated & may cause more pains & troubles

    good times & keep healthy

  4. icy hot might help and be sure not to over do it.

Im a runner too and if its bothering you. take a day or two rest.

it will be worth it in the end :)

  5. I have bad knees and I run too.

I would suggest to not run as much.

  6. your problem could be this "advile" it sounds like a destructive drink they give to lab rats

    i reccommend "ADVIL"

    it works well

  7. Get a brace and go a little easier, that knee isn't healthy yet, they take a while to heal

  8. keep of it for a while longer, i had knee surgery too, i could not run for like 6 months, but now im better, and if you do run make shure you warm up your knees good and stretch them out after you run, also make shure to take a day off to give your knees chance to heal. (like run 3 days  and take a day off and run again) it will get better
