Running pain?

i have been running for weeks now

and everytime i get done my legs hurt

they still hurt to this day what should i do?

  1. Run with one of those heat/cooling knee pads.


  2. Put those Heat/Cool Pads on where it hurts, those help

  3. stop running for a few days and that will remove the pain i jumped on my trampoline all the time i stopped for a day and i felt better

  4. stretch really well before you start. Try to run relaxed. After you finish running take an ice-cold bath. :)

  5. Make your you stretch before you run.

    It is reallly important.
