This is my second year of cross country and long distnace running but ive run before that as well but i did more sprinting then distance.Well anyway at cross country two days ago we had to run a brutually hilly 7 mile or so course, and then today we had a faster sprint workout.My legs feel like dead weights even when I'm just walking now. Ive tried streching but it dosent seem to help. I have my first meet in two days and i want to be in my peak preformance. anyway way to help the stiffness go away or tips on running cross country in genearl?
