Question:

Running problem?

I could run 20 minutes straight in the gym everyday. When I'm outside on rocky grounds and grounds that slope up a little, I feel tired much much faster. In the gym I get tired when I run for like 10 minutes or so but when Im outside, I get tired in like 4-5 mins?

  1. your running on uneven terrain outside. of course your going to get tired faster, thats natural. dont worry about it

  2. Treadmill running never really translates to the "real world" running. There are many factors that go into running outside (i.e. rocky terrain, inclines/declines, different weather, etc)

  3. your body is probably not used to the running in the outside air, keep at it i am sure you will be able to last longer.
