Running prolem?

Gatorade always makes my stomach hurt, or makes me puke when i run...but just drinking water makes get dehydrated too quickly...what should i drink when i run?

  1. -watered down Gatorade

    -Propel (or Powerade option, they're clear liquids with very little sugar)

    -or, have you tried the new G2? It's sort of like watered down Gatorade but with all the electrolytes of regular Gatorade

    Personally, I only drink Gatorade after runs to rehydrate.  Maybe a few sips of water before starting -- that's it!
