if i run more, will my hip flexors get stronger? (the muscle most important to running)

  1. No, they won't.  The motion of running doesn't strengthen the hip flexors.  And I disagree that they are the most important muscle for running.

    The best way to stengthen them is to use the abductor and adductor muscle groups.  That's the way to increase your strength.

  3. probably running tightens and tones every muscle in your body

  4. When i pulled mine, they had me do a lot of step ups and resistance training for physical therapy. That probably makes them stronger.
