  1. what distance is this

    3000m?

And when you should run, depends mostly on how consistent you will be with that time, how cool it will be at that time. Also what kind of person you are morning or night person. You can only work on physically conditioning yourself but during the races it becomes mental and pacing. You might find that being the same as in the past is difficult to reach, I found it hard to do and I use to run fast, really fast that I had to be bumped up and run with the group older than me for experience.

  2. yep, that always happens when you take a day off. you are like "i dont really have to run today" and then the next day you think the same thing.

You just have to start running like you did before you started slacking off

  3. Yea, just get back into your old routine.  It'll be tough at first but your body will eventually adapt.

  4. You probably have just worn yourself out. Just run a little for the next week and take it easy. Then speed up again but remeber to take breaks.

  5. just keep running

    just keep running

    running runnning
