if i go to the gym everyday on the weekday and run 30 min, is it ok if i dont do running on the weekends? but do weights then? also how long will it take if i run 30 min everyday to look better?

  1. yes actually it is good to take the weekend off to let your body recover from the running. and it depends how fast/far you are going in the 30 minutes. if you are going super slow, you may not be doing much good for yourself.. but if you going at a pace where your breathing is a bit heavy then you are gainning something :)

    and about the wanting to look better, I don't know what you mean, are you trying to lose weight?? you may not have the weight to lose, but if it's like 5-10 pounds with the exerise and eating healthy it should be within 1-2 months.

  2. Only you can answer this question. Every "body" is different. Do whatever you feel you need to do. Looking "better" as you say is relative. What looks good to one, may not look good to another. Ultimately, real beauty stems from the inside out.  

  3. yeaa it's perfectly good u looking to lose weight and "tone" up then yea do it and ull look better if u follow a good diet otherwise u wont see any results just cuz u workout doesnt mean eat a ton more u know u wanna lose weight u gotta eat healthy that's 70% of it

  4. You should space out your weight training. Don't do it two days in a row. Do it at opposite ends of the week, say monday and friday or something.

    It doesn't help to burn a ton of calories if you also eat a ton of calories. How long it'll take I can't answer without knowing your caloric intake, expenditure, and how much you weigh and your bodyfat.
