is that gross taste that comes up your throat to your mouth when you run lactic acid?

  1. Not sure if its lactic acid, but I know what you mean. Are you a beginner? If so, as you get more used to running it will go away.

    What you're experiencing is probably throat dryness. Make sure you've had plenty of water to drink before running (but not immediately before, because this could cause cramping).
