Question:

Running questions and sunscreen problem?

What time is better to run? Like 7am or 8pm.

Also, how can I avoid UV rays? I use suntan lotions but lately I've been growing sunspots.

Does anyone have any tips on how to run fast? Please let me know.

  1. I USE SUNSCREEN (SPF 50) AND WEAR A UV RUNNING CAP AND 100%UV PROTECTION SUNGLASSES.  I DON'T THINK THERE IS MUCH ELSE YOU COULD DO TO AVOID UV RAYS UNLESS YOU RUN BEFORE SUN UP AND AFTER SUN DOWN OR RUN IN A GYM.

    TIPS ON RUNNING FAST?

    1. DO SPEED DRILLS 4X100M

    2. RUN HILLS

    3. RUN WITH HIGHER CADENCE (LEG TURNOVER RATE)

    4. DO PLYOMETRICS EXERCISES

    5. FUEL UP AND HYDRATE PROPERLY

    GOOD LUCK:)

  2. most sunscreens dont prevent uv rays.  They just help keep you from burning,  And 7 vs 8.. im not sure it matters- whichever is best for you.
