  1. Well...I was on my track team for school...and we had to run the 300m for school...and you start off with a jog...then...about half way thru the race you start to get a little faster...and then when you have about 1/4 left of the race then you sprint......If you are very tired after and it feels like you can't breathe....then you put your hands on your head.

  2. yes

  3. First off you need to hydrate in advance by drinking lots of water everyday for 3 days...but forget that now just drink alot of water but don't hurt yourself...start off at a pace you can handle...that is a pace where your stomach won't cramp...ALWAYS breath in through your nose and out through your mouth...thats a technique used by all champions!!!...and pick up the pace when you can returning to your pace and always using your breathing technique

  4. it depends how you run a 300Meter race. If you are fast or not. If you fast like me its an all out sprint to the finish line. You start out fast maybe slow down a little and sprint to the finish line. Or if you can't do this start out gradulally and go all out with 150M left. Under 48 seconds is a very good time. That is 16secons/100 meters.

    Good luck
