Question:

Running really fast?

I love to run my best mile time is 5:28 but I didn't run over the summer and am now back at 7:00. Any tips to get the endurance to almost sprint two miles if you already have the speed. Tips on the right foods and different stretches help too.

  1. stretching is good..eat a lot of wheats

    if anything

  2. Doing lunges with dumbbells really help. Leg strength is the key to speed. As long as you keep running daily and eating healthy foods (fruits and vegetables) and building up the muscles in your legs, you should be back to 5:28 in no time! Also, you should work on stretching your hamstrings. Try to reach the ground with your palms flat without bending your knees!
