  1. just go to your local running store and they should fit you perfectly

and they let you try out each shoe before you buy it

  2. Hello,

I'd try doing the 'wet foot' test.  Take your foot, dip it in the tub, and step onto a brown paper bag.  Now compare your foot print to the pictures on the link below.  Depending on your foot type, there are many brands and sizes of shoes that might work well for you.  Hope that helps.

  3. yeah nike new balance is good

  4. You should definetly get 1/2 size bigger

  5. go to a new balance store. and they have this thing that u walk over and iot tells u everything u need to kno about ur feet. where u walk on it the most.. ((like toes, heel)) size.everything.

  6. not every runner has the same type of foot, so they need different shoes. you should go to a store that specializes in running shoes. they cost a little more but the people who work there are runners too and they will get you a shoe thats right for your foot. i would suggest fleet feet, if you have one nearby! good luck!!

  7. nike is pretty good

  8. Nike free, Verbatim fivefingers, even barefoot is nice :)

  9. these are excellent

my friend has them, he loves them. plus, they are on sale.

  10. go to www.runnersworld.com you will find the perfect sneaker for you, there. they have information you fill out about you feet and then it will recommend a sneaker right fro you.

  11. If you have wide feet, stay away from NEW BALANCE. Your best bet would be Asics. But, also, you can get the wide model (2E or 4E, depends on how wide they are). Nike is not bad though, just need to make sure you get the right model - depends on your gait and weight. But in general, anything less than $60 retail from Nike would not be worth looking.

It would definitely help if you get the shoe 1/2 size bigger, so your toe will not constantly hit the shoe.
