hey i'm running the mile tomorrow for a track meet and i am not a distance runner, im a sprinter. my fastest mile time was a 7:42 ( i know it's slow but remember i'm a sprinter). Well I have to run for endurance, how should i breathe when running it, any tips ?? 100 - 11.2200 - 23.1300IH-46.2400- 48.2(freshman in high school)plz help!!
