Running tips .. Hurry !?

Im not asking how do I get better in 30 minutes .. I was asking for tips on running, special techniques.

  1. hey! i play field hockey too, we just had our tryouts last week!

    ok so, running tips:

    1. keep your shoulders relaxed, and try not to swing them as your run

    2. breathe evenly, even if you have to slow down, because gasping, irregular breaths will hurt your preformance

    3. Concentrate on one step at a time, this helps me, because when i think about how tired i am, or how much farther i have to go, its stresses me out!

    4. think about where your arms are as you run. are they up tight, or swinging loosely? Try to keep them low, and loose, because that uses less muscle energy.

  4. what kind of running have you been doing... the fh team at my school has been getting like timed miles, and then they have been doing track work, like sprints on the straights and jog easy on the turn...

    um basiclly you probs shouldve started running earlier there is nothing you can do now except for work hard and try your best./

  5. You cant get faster in thirty minutes just start running everyday after practice, conditioning is something you cant gain in a day
