Running tips fast going to bed???? Need help PLEASE!!!?

Tommorrow i have a mile runninig test tommorow and i need tips i dont run good at all so please i need tips im going to sleep

In the morning i take gummi bear multi vitamins and i drink a bottle of water but i have bad knees so i need some tips??? any foods that will make me energetic to run? Please help im going to bed

    Hope it's not too late to answer your question.

    Don't think about your energy level. You have enough energy already. Just think about pacing yourself. That means, don't start off too fast, or too slow; just take a nice comfortable pace.

    Instead of thinking about how far one mile is, think about the next ten steps. Then the next ten, and so on ...

    Yes, you will be tired at the end, but if you listen to the teacher and stretch before your run, you will be fine. Don't worry.

    After you finish, check in and let everyone know how you did.
