Tommorrow i have a mile runninig test tommorow and i need tips i dont run good at all so please i need tips im going to sleepIn the morning i take gummi bear multi vitamins and i drink a bottle of water but i have bad knees so i need some tips??? any foods that will make me energetic to run? Please help im going to bed
