Hows it going Ive been running twice a week for 2 weeks now around my neighberhood to improve my stamina. Currently I just run until I feel like I cany run anymore then walk and run somemore I can go about a mile and a half without stopping. I know this is better then nothing but is starting and stopping the right way to improve my stamina. I play soccer 3 times a week so I get alot of running while I play. I wanted to know what is the best way or routine to improve my stamina.
