or will it just make my legs look tone but more "bulky" and fat..

idk, my friend said she runs everyday and now she has "bulky" legs. pls advice me! all thanks ((:

  1. It shouldn't give you bulky legs.  Women who run long distance have nice legs.

  2. Hi Teddy,

I also used to swim everyday. Then I started running but for much longer than 20 min. a day. I would run for 10 miles or more. There's not been any bulkiness as a result of that.

  3. It just depends. On my cross country team half the girls had stick thin legs and then the rest of the girls didn't have "bulky" legs. They were very muscular though. That is how I like mine. But, anyways... Running is a much harder muscle requirement on your legs so you may notice a change in the appearance of them.. But just because you may get bulky legs... you'll be in great shape

  4. depends on your body, you metabolism and how much running you do, and how fast
