  1. I had a girlfriend before who had an asthma, i have cured her asthma by bringing her to an acupuncture clinic. After the treatment, she can run and asthma is gone.

  2. Interestingly, quite a few people with asthma take up running as it improves their condition. A colleague of mine who has asthma and runs claims that he can feel better and breathe better when on a run.

However, it should always be that person's decision to go running, not yours, and she should know how far and how tough she can go. And most importantly: she should get a go ahead from her GP.

  3. well when you girl go joggin always remember to take her medication and before staring this whole joggin thing she should go to the doctor to check her self so that she can jog without any problems thats what my friends does cause he has asthma

  4. your friend should see her Dr first to see if it is ok for her to run and if so how far. Her medication should definelty be carried with her while she is running. She will know if she is going to have an attack. It will get harder for her to breath and at that point she should stop running to "catch her breath" have her put her hands on or above her head. It is easier to get air into your lungs. If it gets really bad and she does pass out lay her on her left side. It is easier to breath on your left, and immedietly get help. I wouldn't be all to worried about it getting to that point though because she will be able to tell when she is going to have an asthma attack. Good luck, don't worry, and have fun.

  5. it is very nice that u r concerned about ur friend. make sure when u go, she keeps hydrated and takes her asthma puffer with her.  tell her to only do what she can and not to push herself. so u r getting a sufficient workout.....run with her, then run off a little faster, then run back to her, then run with her again. and so on. this means u r both exercising together....but both working within ur capabilities.

    good luck!

    :)

p.s try to run in a public place so just in case she does have an attack there is help at hand. also take ur mobiles with u.

  6. i have asthma and it doesnt effect me to much, because i just try push through it...

but she should run with her Pump all the time..
