  1. Yeah.

  2. I personally always PR when it's pretty warm outside. Stay hydrated though, the sun takes so much energy from you.

  3. It sounds like you have not trained for the heat. There are times where your body can adjust to the heat but unless its for a specific event I wouldnt recomend it.

Suck it up, wake up early, go running and then go swimming when its hot. There are some gyms that have indoor tracks, or you could run on the tredmill. If you cant get up run at night.

  4. I'd avoid the heat if you can. It can wear you out a lot quicker and cause you to faint or overheat. Try running at night or in the mornings. If you are running in the sun, wear sunscreen and drink lots of water (and something with lots of electrolytes).

  5. running in the heat is very bad. first, it can cause massive dehydration while running even at a slow steady pace. Next, you would be hallucinating and your mind would start playing tricks on your eyes. another problem with running in hot weather is your body overheats and then starts burning energy faster, which causes fatigue. that's not good for any workout. If you have to run in hot weather, you should hydrate regularly throughout the workout and also drink at least 8 glasses of water a day.

  6. its bad because you get worn out and you get dehydrated. its best cool and little wind. But if you like it hot then maybe that helps you by prep.

  7. I asked a simular question like this, but from what I got and from reading about it you should run in the early morning or late at night. The hot sun drains you and will increase your odds at dehydration. You will also need more water in the hotter temps.

    Run early or later.
