  1. Exercise about 2-3 hours a day. Do sprinting repititions and long distance running. Also run on differant types of surfaces.


  2. Excersize every day, 1.5 to 3.5 hours... do this for 3 weeks. Use treadmill, mountain climber machine. Excersizes: Mountain climbers, Pushups, Lunges, Long jump, Up-Downs, Crab/Bear walk, bech press.
