Runscape millions possibly billions?

Before you even ask, no i dont play runscape or something lik that. My 19 year old cousin plays it like everyday. I guess it looks fun but anyway, he wants to know how to make billions of gold peices. Hes a member of the game where you get all the extra features and stuff. Anyone know how before he calls me back in about an hour and a half?
