  1. NPR puts you to sleep. so boring..  If i was a liberal I would listen to air america, at least it is more lively..

  2. okay that earns Rupert one point (just one for now)

  3. Good, nobody should agree with Bill Oh'Really

  4. so what?   brit hume, btw, is a conservative republican...yutz!

  5. Sheesh - its about time he said SOMETHING about it. Bill Oreilly is a disgrace. He should watch Bill Oreilly, and then fire him, he's an embarassment to Fox News, which is broadcast all over the world, making him an embarassment to America in general.

This is typical of high level executives - plausible denyability. Its cowardly (See Enron and Abu Grahib).

One of his biggest moneymakers in prime time and he 'has no idea' what goes on? PLEASE. The size of your balls certainly doesn't match your bank account, murdoch. Show some guts and take a stand one way or the other.

PS. If he doesn't watch Bill Oreilly, how does he know he doesn't agree with him?

  6. Brit Hume is also on Fox News.  What is your point?

  7. To each his own.

  8. I don't think he really cares, what ever brings in ratings.

Kind of like Barry Bonds and the Giants, I don't think the owner really cares for Barry, but he packs the house.

  9. Bill O'Reilly honestly has some intelligence and insight into certain issues.

However, like Michael Savage and others of their ilk, he lets his ego and bigotry get in the way of ultimately providing anything other than entertainment.

He bullies his guests and cuts them off from making statements and makes prejudiced and homophobic statements that undermine his credibility.

He ceased to be a serious journalist a long time ago and now is basically the Howard Stern of political commentary.

I don't blame anyone for switching to Brit Humes or anyone else for serious political commentary and debate.

As I don't listen to Humes myself, I really can't comment on him in particular.
