Russia, Chinese Taipei record wins: FIBA U-19 World Championship for Women July 26 Roundup (Part 2)
Egypt 20 – 0 Nigeria
Nigeria’s absence from the tournament meant that Egypt received a walkover on Tuesday. All of Nigeria’s games have followed a similar path up till now.
The Nigerian Basketball Federation (NBBF) is reported to have been responsible for Nigeria’s absence in this tournament. The players and the coach were equally upset at the last minute cancellation of the trip.

reduced Russia’s lead to just 3 points as the third quarter came to a close. However, they could not replicate the fourth quarter performance, they showcased against USA, and scored only 9 points against Russia’s 18.
Chile 41 – 66 Chinese Taipei
After a crushing defeat at the hands of Australia yesterday, Chinese Taipei came back and produced a solid performance to ward off the home team. Jung-Hsing Liu, the Chinese Taipei shooting guard, banked 17 points to go along with
the 8 rebounds. I-Hsiu Cheng was not far behind with 14 points and 7 rebounds.
