The Georgian president is a prat really chancing his luck, America should keep its snotty nose out as it cannot afford to get involved in another fracas enough dead in middle east already. Besides they need all they have for when the yids move on Iran. That will be worth watching.

I agree Russia is probably is going to take over Georgia. If the U.S gets involved in it, WW3 will begin. But the u.s is not going to get involved. Bush and Cheney can talk all they want. I would not want to start a war with Russia. The U.S.A also needs to stop being the world police for once and this is a good time for it because Georgia started this and now they need to finish it or Russia will.

There will be a war it will last two days and Russia will win. the USA has neither the guts nor the resources to face Russia and Russia knows this and will proceed as she pleases

not for a long.  and the absolute numbers do not matter that much.  it is not the georgian land.  it is the south ossetian land.  the georgians came in as invaders wiping out villages and having almost destroyed the capital.  now it is rolling back and behind the russian tanks come the south ossetians who know their land very well and who are very willing to fight for their land and who now have the support of russian fire power.
