Russia Vs. Georgia=Who will win the war?

Question

As you may have heard, Russia declared war against Georgia early this morning.

My question is, Who will win the war?

My best bet is Russia as long as the USA doesn't bring the NATO with, But then again Russia has some good allies like Venezuela.

Even though the US has no business with this war, You must remember, they didn't either in WWII but still decided to attack the Germans.

What'll you think if the US Brings NATO? Does it spell WWIII?

And who will win the war?

I don't know, but Bush needs to keep his nose out of it.  He has caused the USA enough grief.  Let the rest of the world go to h**l (including Israel).  The USA needs to start looking after number one, and that is the American taxpayers (citizens).

Georgia.  A country its size, Georgia has one of the best-trained soldiers in the world (US-trained).  Russia could not just use all its might against Georgia---they have a vast county to patrol and chechyan rebels to look out for.  They were in fact defeated in Chechnya the first time they imposed their will in that region,  and it took them years  to demobilize a band of ragtag islamists that were fighting like crazy there.  Georgia has a regular army, well-traind, well-armed and fighting for a just cause.

US and NATO should help Georgia when the going gets tought---even logistically.  The West should put Russia in its place, which, thanks to Putin and oil, has been acting like a spoiled brat lately.

There is absolutely no way Georgia can potentially win. The Russian army outnumbers Georgia 56 - 1 . Russia have a lot more advanced technology possibly rivalling the U.S. And some people still have the nerve to stick by georgia and say it was the Russians who started this war? Oh please! Georgia invaded South Ossetia even having been warned by the russians not to! Georgia is only hoping that the US come save them like what happenend in Kosovo. The Georgian president is a complete t**t! This is a tough one but here is the question

Why did Georgia break the ceasefire agreement of 1992? They had to know that the Russians would strike back with major force. Is the fact that the Georgian army are fresh off receiving military training (and probably materials) from the US a coincidence? If we assume that the Georgian president is not insane then they are pretty sure of themselves in this conflict. The US, I doubt will intervene directly, but the Georgians seem to be doing pretty well for themselves. They claim the downing of several Russian jets, 2 which the Russians have admitted to. And TV pictures show several prostrate T-90 tanks, though they may be Georgian T-72s. I think the whole thing is pretty interesting and short of Georgian president being insane the Russians are walking into a bear trap.

No level of training can save Georgian forces from the sheer numbers and firepower of the Russian Military . Russians aren't ill equipped/trained  either.  Theres nothing the world can do about it either. Russia will take down anyone that interferes militarily

I'm in the Navy and right now my cousin is being sent with the UK and the French to the persian gulf. Now remember France has no interest in Iraq...but Iran has oil lots of it. Now why would France want to head over there?

Well, I'm closely monitoring the war that is going on between the two countries, and I certainly believe Georgia is requesting United States to airlift its troops from Iraq and bring them into the battle field because Georgia is short on troops. Russia is not a good friend of U.S and that is why they 're trying to show their military capability. LETS ROCK BABY.

The US is involved with this!  Many political analysts and foreign policy experts believe that the main reason Russia invaded was because Georgia was planning to join NATO!

Therefore this has everything to do with US and NATO.  

I mean look at the timing of this! They attack during the olympics! The freaking Olympics!  There is alot of shadiness in that.

I think Russia is going to put Georgia in their place. They (Georgia) maybe allies, but they can't just invade territory and expect to go unchallenged.
