Russia threatening the US if we support Georgia?

In my opinion russia isn't threat any one .. yet.

They just send some strong warnings, If those warning can't reach right addresses who understand it ; they can start threatening.

Let's look at other side of coin. Russian elite's think western world against them, they think western governments try to "stole" satellite states and they use them to against russia.

Maybe they right, maybe not .. maybe they act like a bunch of paranoids or maybe they know more then us .. but all I can say Russia doesn't start threatening .. yet.

Im confuse why people get thumbs down on yahoo answers for saying the right things. Seriously if russia build missiles again in Cuba I bet US be thereatened too like before. Russia is already very tolerate of us already and I dont think bush should build more missile around them

Look, who is threatening who?. Russia had every reason to feel threatened, as American presence is sprouting at Russian doorsteps. Wouldn't the US feel threatened too if Russia establish some sort of presence in Cuba, Canada, or Mexico?.

I do not see any threat here. Lavrov simply advises to think -  that for the USA more preferably - to support interests of ruling elite of Georgia  (which deeply alien for 90 percent of Georgian populaton) or to spoil relationships with the mightiest, along with the USA, world power? A policy is a game. Georgia is a pawn on a chess-board. The USA and Russia are players. If you or we will beat in death the our single competitor, then surviving player will have a sorrowful fate - until to the end of ages play with by himself .
