 Russia is going host a Formula 1 race in 2014. In a very recent event the Russian Prime Minister Vladimir Putin declared about the happening with sheer excitement.
According to a very recent news report Russia will organize a Formula 1 race in the year 2014. Moreover a seven-year deal has taken place to host the event at the resort in Sochi.  The city of Sochi will also host 2014 winter Olympics.
According to the news report the Russian Prime has expressed his views very happily about the fact. The Prime Minister said that the Russian Government and Formula 1 Boss have come to an agreement that Russian Grand Prix race will be held in Sochi from 2014
to 2020.
Formula 1 principle Bernie Ecclestone also expressed his views and confirmed the occasion and formally welcomed Russia into the world of Formula 1 racing. While talking to the media the Formula 1 boss expressed his views and said that he is very happy the
Formula 1 event will take place in Russia. He added that the Russian Grand Prix will promote the motorsports in Russia and will settle a new platform for the talented racers to join the world of racing.
He said that he is of the view that the Formula 1 events will lead to development of Sochi in and will help Russia gather more sporting opportunities from all around the world.
A pundit of Russian motorsport Alexei Popov expressed his views and said that it is one of the biggest sporting events which is going to be held in Russia. He said that sporting events like these will show a better view of Russia to world. He added that
such a huge project is really good thing for Russia and it has happened only because of the current supporting and high profile political officials of the country.
Popov expressed his sheer happiness while talking to the media and said that after the Winter Olympics the Formula 1 Grand Prix is going to be the biggest spectacular event which will be held in Sochi.
The world of Formula 1 has really expanded its boundaries in recent times. Now India and Russia are also going to organize a Formula 1 race which is no doubt very good news. The sporting events in Russia and India will help new racers from the particular
domain to test their skills. It will also promote the motorsports in India and Russia.
According to the head of Racing Federation Igor Yermilin, the Russian Grand Prix will help the motorsport Federation to make Russia’1 own Formula 1 racing team. Yermilin said that the agreement might lead to the foundation for the first ever Russian racing
team of Formula 1.
It is to be noticed that Vitaly Petrov is the first Russian Formula 1 driver and has just joined the Renault racing team. The 26-year-old Russian is the teammate of the veteran driver Robert Kubica. According to some racing critics Petrov will soon learn
the tips of the trade from Kubica and he has the ability to race at the highest level.
