Russian Adoption...?

Question

My husband and I are planning to adopt from Russia.

I've already read through all the information I got from the adoption board and they make it seem very straightforward.

The adoption board is making the process seem so easy.

I find it difficult to believe it could be that easy.

I'm only referring to the actual adoption process here and not once you have the child home with you.

If you adopted from Russia I'm interested in hearing about the process.

Especially anything unexpected.

If you are trying to find out if U  can adopt russians it is so true my Russian Music teacher was adopted!!!!

It depends on how much liquid cash you have. The more the easier.

Consider foster care. IA adoption is too corrupt.

Check into this adoption forum - where you will find others that have adopted from Russia - and elsewhere - plus some adoptees and first mothers - so you can really learn about all those that are involved in adoption.
