Russian Dance Clubs?

in russian clubs do they all dance by waving cigarettes in the air and spreading smoke or is that just the few i have seen?

Unfortunately, smoking is big in Russia, and it is not prohibited in most public places. So if the dance clubs you're talking about are actually in Russia, then probably yes, they all do that. If it is in the US then you probably got unlucky.
