Russian Tortoise Oversleeping?

Question

My Russian Tortoise is sleeping all the time. The only time he doesn't sleep is when I feed him or take him out. When I take him out he craps 2-4 times. Is this normal?

It wouldn't hurt to have a vet check him.  All animals should be seen if they are acting differently than usual.
