Question:

Russian course or japanese course?

i am going to be taking a language course next year at carlmont highschool in CA and wondered which one I would be capable of using the most here in america...

i know some of you may be asking me why not spanish but i've learned a little bit already and i want a language that i like.

and these are the two i like and want to learn but can only take 1.

anyone who chooses russian or japanese the most i will sign up for that course.

  1. this is an easy one take japanese cuz it can be used for world trading and you can get more jobs that way becuz when you do you can like work for some  place which is really awesome


  2. do Russian its a fun language I'm also going to take Russian this year but some say its a hard language simply because it has more to do with vocabulary almost like English but with Japanese you have to focus more on tones than vocabulary

  3. I'm fluent in Spanish, and if I would have to take another language I would say Japanese. That's just my opinion though. I would think Japanese would be hard to learn, I don't know about Russian.

  4. Japanese is nearly impossible to become fluent in and then theirs kanji :-( I'd learn Chinese, the tones are a pain in the

    -ss but Mandarin is much more solid then Japanese (it's difficult to speak  concretely in Japanese) and though there are a lot of hanzi to learn they only have one meaning (kanji can have dozens of readings)
