  1. Some of the institutes in Russia and other erstwhile USSR countries have been derecognised in the past.  The web site of Medical Council of India gives only recognised courses in India. So you will have to contact MCI for further action.

  4. I have done lot of research on this.I can help you. At present India government didn't recognize Russian degree but process is on the way. For M.B.B.S you need to appear an MCI exam to practice in India. This is must. If it is PG alone(where if ur MBBS is from India) you are allowed to practice but not in govt recognized ,but private hospitals.
