Ruthless Man and Taylors Sky accomplish glory in Heat 3 and 4 at Wimbledon
Williamhill.com Greyhound Derby 2nd Rnd Heat 3 and 4 took place at Wimbledon on 4th May, 2012 where, Ruthless Man, won heat 3 and Taylors Sky succeeded in Heat 4 as the hounds raced for the prize of £150.

A total of eight races took place at Wimbledon yesterday, and the anticipation increased with each one.  
Ruthless Man, the black and white hound, raced with odds of 7 to 2 and managed to defeat the race favourite, Shelbourne Geoff, son of Wheres Pedro, out of Shelbourne Dora, which was certainly a boost of confidence for him.
The winner, son of Top Honcho, out of Hillcroft Josie, finished 1 length ahead of the runner-up in an impressive time of 28.54 seconds.

Shelbourne Geoff, who raced with a winning shot of 10 to 11, completed the course in 28.62 seconds.
The third place was secured by the A. Collett trained Lenson Ginger, who broke from trap 1.
The son of Hondo Black, out of Farloe Reserve, could not keep up with the hounds, who led but still managed a respectable finish. He finished 3 ¼ lengths after the runner-up.
Ruthless Man used the track at Wimbledon to his advantage as he has bagged a victory there on 7th April, 2012, where he defeated, Pittsburgh Glory, by 2 lengths.
Heat 4 was conquered by race favourite, Taylors Sky, who raced with a winning shot of 1 to 4.

The C. Lister trained hound set the track ablaze with his brisk pace, and took the lead. He finished 2 ¼ lengths ahead of the runner-up, Westmead Adonis.
Westmead Adonis, trained by N. Savva completed the race in 28.99 seconds against the winner’s time of 28.81 seconds. He delivered a respectable performance as he emerged from trap 4.
The third place was secured by French Blue, son of Tyrur Lee, out of Tyrur Jolie, who finished in 29.07 seconds. He missed the finish as a runner-up as he finished 1 length from the mark.
Only five competitors ran in the race as Eden Star, trained by B. Draper did not participate, as a result of which trap 1 was vacant.
