Ruud achiever 90 plus won`t start at times

Question

System is on calling for heat but furnace won`t come on.When it does eventually come on it cuts out before the programmed thermostat temps. When this happens 1 of the 2 green furnace lights blinks once repeatedly.This seems to occur when it is really cold outside. At other times the furnace works fine.

Any suggestions.
