Ruud achiever 90 plus won`t start

Question

system is on calling for heat.Furnace will not come on when temps falls below thermostat temps and if it eventually does comes on it cuts out below thermostat programmed temps. When this happens one of the two green furnace lights blinks once repeatedly.This seems to happen when it is really cold outside. At other times the furnace works fine.
Any suggestions.
