My Rx is -7.50 in my right eye and -4.00 in the left. What is this in 20/20 format?

  1. i dont think anyone knows sorry.


  2. all i know is that each -.25 in ur prescription is 1 line on the eye chart that u cant read.  so ur -7.50 means u cant read 30 lines on the eye chart but u would b able to read the 31st line.

  3. Okay, the -7.50 and -4.00 are simply the strengths of your Rx. This can't be "converted" to so called 20/20 format. 20/20 refers to your visual acuity. Meaning the smallest row of letters you can actually read on the eye chart. Hope this helps.
