FC Sochaux Montbéliard midfielder Ryad Boudebouz is currently one of the hottest young prospects in French football. Les Lionceaux barely managed to hold on to Boudebouz in the summer transfer window but it now appears that the club will have to let go of their prized asset in the near future one way or the other. Furthermore, Boudebouz has already said that the current
season would be his last with the Ligue 1 outfit.
While giving an interview to Algerian sports newspaper Le Buteur, the Algerian international admitted of being in contact with Italian Serie A side AS http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Roma-c31603.
The youngster admitted the interest and revealed that nothing concrete has been received so far.
The Fennec was however, flattered by Roma’s interest. “I think for me it’s a bit early to go to such a great team. I think I have to go through a big club in France to mature and develop. I like the Spanish La Liga and http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/England-c749. However, I’ll see how things
unfold in the future,” the youngster said.
Boudebouz also said that he has no urgency in leaving the club as he has not discussed these issues with his family, club president and manager. The transfer is certainly dragging on but Boudebouz seems to be in no hurry and is concentrating to help Sochaux
move up the table.
Les Lionceaux are currently in 11th place in the Ligue 1 standings and will meet second place Montpellier at home in Week 15 of the 2011/2012 Ligue 1 campaign at home.
Since making his debut for Les Lionceaux, Boudebouz has made 107 appearances for the club and has scored 19 goals. the youngster has struck a great partnership in the midfield with http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Marvin-Martin-c24496, another player who has been touted with
