Ryan Braun looking forward to another phenomenal season
The Milwaukee Brewers outfielder Ryan Braun expressed his hope on Friday, March 30, that the team will make it to the postseason this year again. The Brewers who won the National League title in 2011 after 28 years have the expectations, and the capability,
to defend the title with supreme show of effectiveness and strength.
For the dream to materialize, outfielder Ryan Braun wants to do all that he can. Braun also refers to what he has been able to do for the team in last five years. His focus, therefore, remains the performance, not what goes outside the ballpark.
"The best thing I can do to move forward is to have success, hope our team gets back to the postseason, continue to do the things I've done over the last five years," Braun said. "That's what I plan on doing. I don't know if I've definitely lost [the fans].
I don't sit here and analyze what people think or have to say when the opinions are based on a lack of information."
Ryan Braun had a lot to offer in terms of the evidence of his commanding position in the game. The Spring Training might have started late for him, due to the morale-lowering controversy he had found himself embroiled in early this year, Braun – nonetheless,
has not shown any signs of regression when it comes to performance.
He thinks the failed drug test controversy – whose appeal he successfully won afterwards, is over now. In Braun’s view, getting into the details of it will not be good for anyone.
"Nope," he said. "It's over. I'm not going into it. It's not good for baseball, it's not good for [the Brewers], it's not good for me.”
Ryan Braun has had the history of remaining atop, thanks to his superior performance with remarkable consistency. His suspension could have been a serious blow to the Brewers after the emergence of failed drug test case.
With that chapter closed, the outfielder wants to do something more phenomenal this time. Whatever adversity he has withstood with composure, Braun is ever more respected in the eyes of fans.
