way so that they can challenge next season...
Ryan Giggs has come out and admitted that Manchester United’s young stars are consistent in the quality that they showcase for the club. The Red Devils have a long history of depending on their youth academy products from the early
days of Sir Matt Busby when he nurtured the likes of George Best and Sir Bobby Charlton to take part in Manchester United’s European Cup triumph in 1968. Not only that, recently Sir http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Alex-c4752 Ferguson’s philosophy at United has been to concentrate on the development
of the young stars at the club.
With http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Gary-Neville-c14447 being the few names that have made their mark on English football through their upbringing in the Manchester United youth academy. In the latest batch of the young academy products,
http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Tom-Cleverley-c35218 have impressed with the former one playing a large part in United’s most recent league campaign.
Giggs said, "It’s been great for the more established players to see the young players come through and do so well. I know from myself as a young player who came through how tough it can be sometimes. When everything’s going well
for the team, it’s all great and everything’s rosy. Then you hit a bit of bad form and it’s more difficult for a younger player because you haven't got a platform to fall back upon.”
He added, "I was really impressed with the consistency of all the young players and the new signings who came in last season. It’s always hard when it’s on your doorstep. To lose against City and the manner in which we lost is
always hard to take.” Manchester United will hope that both Welbeck and Cleverley improve next season so that they can challenge Manchester City and bring back the league title to Old Trafford.
